Congress should take a pay and benefit cut until our economy AND their home states have recovered. If they are in the same position we are in maybe they will learn to work together to fix our economy instead of blocking legislation contructed to help us. Congress is so far removed from their home states and We The People, they have no idea what is happening. During the last Budget meetings did anyone from Congress suggest a paycut?? Not that I've heard.
We need to stop funding their lifetime benefits until all Americans can have benefits.
We need to stop their healthcare until all Americans can have healthcare.
We need to vote them out and put in someone who listens to us, The People.
