force the courts to allow freedom of speech on license plates

The United States is supposed to allow freedom of speech. There is a system in North Carolina that allows a group to sign up and pay for a particular style license plate. A license plate that said "Choose Life" was created. A Pro-Choice group filed a petition saying that it violated freedom of speech, because they did not have a plate of their own. A judge actaully granted this, when all the pro-choice group had to do was creat their own plate. This has actually prevented freedom of speech and is something that should not have been allowed and should be overturned. Freedom of speech is important, and the pro-life group should have the right to such a license plate if they want one. The same goes for the pro-choice group, but they should have spent their money and efforts creating their own
