Force the department of defense to enforce the laws in place and place juicy bars off limits to service members

It is now a weak monitoring by the military. zero toleance does not mean partial intolerance. juicy bars are clustered outside United States millitary bases. staffed exclusively by filipino women brought into the country by promoters on entertainment visas, often under the impression they will be working in the clubs as singers. but when promoters then subcontract the women to juicy bars, they discover that their primary jobs is to flirt with service members to induce them. juicy girls are commonly punished with bar fines when they fail to meet quotas which compel them to make up the short fall by prostituting themeselves. juicy bars are inherently degrading to women and engraved invitation to prostitution and human trafficking which is both illegal and immoral.
