Cool Runnings is a 1993 American sports film that is loosely based on the story of the Jamaica national bobsled team's plight to compete in bobsled portion of the 1988 Winter Olympics. The film has a 74% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is considered a cult classic by many, it is one of the legendary comedian, John Candy's last film roles.
