To make mandatory that all government agencies cooperate with the Department of Veterans Affairs when they request records to approve a claim. Furthermore any records that are 25 years or older shall be automatically declassified. All records that are now housed at Langley AFB, Virginia that were found in Korea in July and August of 2012 be declassified immediately and made available to the VA for claims approval of vets serving in Korea during the Viet Nam War era.
