Use Executive Order to force DoD and VA to use compatible spread sheet programs to speed up the process for Vets to get their benefits. If the DoD and VA's programs aren't compatible than they should be forced to use the same program. Stop wasting Tax Payer money because of incompetents. A full investigation of the VA should be done and a report should be released to the public explaining why our Vets can't get the benefits the tax payers are providing them. Our Vets deserve it.
