Force the El Paso court system to charge Corey Bernard Moss with attempted murder against Rachel Poole.

Rachel Poole was brutally attacked inside her northeast El Paso home when a Fort Bliss soldier who knew Rachel'€™s husband broke into the home and repeatedly stabbed her.Corey Bernard Moss, according to police documents, broke into the Pooles' home when nobody was there. It stated Moss hid inside the home and waited for Rachel to return.Rachel, who was nine months pregnant during the alleged attack.Moss beat and stabbed her with a knife.Rachel'€™s husband, Justin, witnessed the struggle on the other end of the video call, according to police records.Moss was taken into custody by Fort Bliss and El Paso police Moss was booked into jail on a charge of criminal attempted murder,but on Jan. 22 that charge was dropped to burglary with intent to commit a felony.
