Force every member of congress to work without days off or vacations until a permanent federal budget is agreed upon.

America to congress: do you job! You were elected to do the people's business, so until you do no more weekends off, no more vacation days - any other worker in America would be immediately fired for incompetence if they were to to as bad a job as congress. The American public deserves better, and if congress expects to get paid, then GET TO WORK!
