CAD Drones LLC and many other "American Commercial Drone Companies" from around the U.S. are affected each and every day by the lack of FAA regulations for commercial use. Just recently the FAA took "Team Black Sheep" to court and attempted to fine them for the commercial use of "Drones" to film a "TV Quality commercial" at the University of Virginia. The Judge dismissed the FAA's case against "Team Black Sheep" and quoted as ruling that there are no laws against flying a drone commercially. This leaves CAD Drones LLC and many others in a sticky situation on whether we can move forward or not with making profits off of the commercial use of "Drones" and the applications that come along with the commercialization of "Drones" in "American Business"!
