Force the FCC to properly maintain and make available the public comments section of fcc.gov

Created by A.P. on June 03, 2014

The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) has shown bad faith by refusing to properly maintain the public's ability to comment on FCC actions. The commission's inability or unwillingness to allow 24-hour access to its public comment apparatus at fcc.gov constitutes discrimination against citizens with limited internet access. Without the fair and open ability for every citizen to comment on the actions of these non-elected officials, the accuracy of FCC claims of public support for its actions are inherently inaccurate.
