The lack of an effective, fast acting rescue inhaler available over the counter is causing many asthmatic people serious bodily harm. The CFC ban to save the environment does nothing if the people meant to enjoy it are unable to breathe. This petition is meant to force the FDA to authorize the Primatene Mist inhaler for sale and use, as the inhaler presented was identical to previous one in every way except the propellant was changed to comply with climate protection laws.
