Many services are provided to foreigners for absolutely no cost that take up the valuable time of many federal workers that could be spent doing other productive work,or rendering services to the tax payers. The over abundance of work being performed for free causes delays to the tax payer in relieving the services they desire.
If you went to their country for the same services,you would be charged a nominal fee. I suspect it could save the agency I work for, for 1 task in particular near half a million a year in salary for these services alone.
Time for change is needed.
