There are 100,000 people in Flint, MI that have had their drinking water tainted by a poor decision by their governor. Lead is being leached into everyone's water, far above the safe limit. Mothers are unable to get clean water to use for baby formula. 40% of their residents are under the poverty line, and the city is relying entirely on donated water to survive. There has been zero response from the Red Cross or FEMA.
This petition is to force President Obama to deliver FEMA aid to the residents of Flint, Michigan and put an end to this water crisis that has gone on for far too long, since the governor has done nothing to fix it.
