We the people of these great United States wish to compel President Barack H. Obama to use the full force and power of the federal government of these great United States to force acclaimed film director David O. Russell to complete production of the motion picture feature film "Nailed". Why? We ask this because it's just not fair that the american people should be denied the tortured brilliance of Mr. Russell because some jerks in Hollywood don't know how to finance a film.
