Force golf courses and other corporations in California to stop using so much water during the drought.

Created by S.J. on August 16, 2014

I am trying to get help to stop golf courses and other large corporations from using too much water in California during our current drought. It has come to my attention that families of four are using an average of 400 gallons of water per day. The State is imposing fines on homeowners for certain kinds of water “misuse” like watering your lawn or washing your car. At the same time, golf courses are using 100,000 to 1,000,000 gallons of water per week in summer to maintain healthy lawns.

This doesn't seem fair to me. I'd like to do something about it. Would you please sign my petition?
