Grey Culbreath Jr joined the U.S. Army with dreams of becoming a "Cav Scout". During his tenure in basic training he became disillusioned with the fact that he could somehow reclass because he could not hack it in basic. He falsely claimed injuries that were sustained before entering service. For 18months he drained the U.S. taxpayers money while continuing to brag about how easy it is to scam the military. Upon being separated he was given a rating by the VA and will be receiving checks monthly for which he does not deserve. There are hardened combat veterans out there who have not yet received any rating from the VA, yet this basic training washout gets one. Due to the recent failings of the VA system, I believe he should be denied all rights that a real soldier earns.
