Force The Hershey Company to remove the narrow strip of paper packaged within the foil wrapper of the Hershey Kisses.

I am creating this petition because I am confident that I can make a difference in the environment. While I am enjoying the delicious flavor of milk chocolate melting in my mouth I am overcome by the inexcusable use of natural resources that are wasted on the useless strip of paper within the wrapper. The main purpose of the wasteful piece of paper is to assist people in opening the foil to remove the sweet delectate. I have removed the paper for an experiment. I tried unwrapping the foil without the paper. Results: 100% success rate. What I am proposing will save the environment and save The Hershey Company money and a step in the process of wrapping that amazing piece of American History.
