Force hospitals to notify their patients of their extra facility fees.

Patients should be notified of facility fees before going to their doctors appointments. These fees are applied just because a person is using a facility through a hospital. This includes any doctor, building, etc that is affiliated with the hospital. These fees are NOT cheap. They are expensive, and some insurances do not cover these fees. Imagine being a patient of a doctor for over five years, and only having to pay a copay. One day, after seeing this physician, you receive a bill for over three hundred dollars. This is because the hospital tacked on additional money just for using their building. You, the patient, were unaware of the charges until AFTER your appointment.The hospitals should be REQUIRED to notify patients before appointments of these expensive charges! Not after
