Force House of Representatives and Senate to do their jobs and abide by the will of those who elected them.

The House of Representatives and The Senate are not doing the jobs that we elected them to do- they are not serving the will of the people, and instead are serving the will of the lobbyists that keep their wallets stuffed.
If both parties in The House and The Senate refuse to do what we sent them to Washington DC to do, then we demand that they take a pay cut, reducing their pay to what one of men and women in uniform (non-commissioned/enlisted) make, their retirement pay is the same as what a military retiree (non-commissioned officer/enlisted) they become a part-time House and Senate-when not in session, they have to go home, explain to their constituents what they have done, work a normal job like their constitituents, and live under the laws that they pass.
