Some Information Tech companies such as Pando Media Booster, Akamai NetSession have started something rather rash due to the amount of people disabling their automated services. (IE: When started, they stay started in Windows Service list, even if not listed in the Services control panel.) We would like it if these companies were forced to put them into the services manager for any Operating System they develop for (not just Windows.)
That said, if any operating system does NOT have a service manager, it should.
