Force ISPs and Cell Phone Companies to clearly communicate and automatically refund customers for service interruptions

Created by A.I. on January 27, 2012

Internet service providers and cell phone companies force customers to sign a contract. The basis of this contract is that customers pay a bill and the company provides a service.

It is standard practice to interrupt service without informing the customer. The company should actively inform the customer when the service stops and when it is restarted. Currently, the responsibility to get reimbursed for billable services falls to the customer. The customer needs to take their time and energy to make a case to the company.

These networks have become integral to our society functioning effectively and efficiently. The incentive to keep them functioning should be based on a detailed real-time public track record and automatically triggered monetary penalties.
