Force ISP's to provide DSL internet access to every rural home in America that currently has a phone line.

Created by R.B. on January 31, 2015

I propose that every internet service provider be forced to extend DSL internet access to every rural home that currently has a land-line based phone line. Over 14 million rural Americans have no DSL or broadband internet access.

Rural America is being left behind and our schools and children are being hugely disadvantaged by no access to broadband DSL internet access. With no DSL internet access rural citizens are denied the same digital access as other Americans to jobs, services and a voice.

Rural Americans needs your help! Please let us join the world and share our ideas and cares, our goals and our dreams.

Lets force internet providers to extend their DSL internet coverage to any rural home that currently has a land-line based phone line.
