Israel has taken over Palestinian land for the past few decades, yet neither U.N. nor the U.S. have said anything in the past. Israel has broken many international laws and it has never been headlined. Israel has 1 casualty and says it has a right to defend itself. Where is Palestine's right to defend itself from a country that has not only occupied their land, but has harmed and killed their innocent people. Why is the Obama administration and the U.N. still supporting Israel when Israel breaks these laws? Items such as chocolate, toys, newspapers, fresh meat, A4 paper, potato chips, fabric, musical instruments, etc are banned in Gaza yet Israel has a right to all these things. Why is it that Obama and the UN cannot stand up for justice when it comes to Palestine?
