Jeffrey Loria owning the Miami Marlins is bad for the game of baseball and bad for the City of Miam-Dade. He has repeatedly bilked millions from taxpayers and hopeful fans by pretending to put together a winning product then pulling the rug out from under everyone.
All this while gladly receiving Major League Baseball's millions of shared revenue money for being a "small market team".
Consumer Fraud would best sum up their actions on the handling of the team's personnel.
This is like a nightmarish version of The Producers starring Mr. Loria as Max Bialystock and Dave Samson as Leo Bloom and it needs to stop. They have found a magic formula to put a losing product on the field year after year and still fatten their wallets.
