Jeffrey Loria has run two baseball franchises into the ground. Bud Selig, the commissioner of MLB, has not stepped in to force Loria to sell the franchise. Loria's mishandling of the team is negatively impacting the taxpayers of Miami-Dade County, who funded a new baseball-only stadium which Mr. Loria continues to profit off of.
