Full citizenship
Complete dismissal of all current legal charges against him.
In exchange, Justin Bieber will be REQUIRED to enlist in the United States Marine Corps and serve out his full enlistment, If Justin Bieber does not make it through boot camp, then we ask that he be immediately deported and be put through the legal system for all charges currently against him.
