We the people of the United States petition that Kanye West make good on his promise to permanently leave the United States of America. This is pursuant to the fact that he entered into a de facto verbal contract with the the citizens of this country to vacate its borders and this would be in the best interests of all concerned.... especially since he has indicated his desire to run for president.
