Force NASA to do it's job or be dismantled when another nation overshadows America in space.

To force NASA to answer for their failure and cowardice by allowing other nations to overshadow American dominance in space:
-China plans for a moon mission and moon base within the next decade or two is a direct challenge to America’s space power.
-Has made America beholden to other nations for our astronuats to be transported to and from space, causing America to lose it’s dominance in space.
-Out right cowardice on NASA’s part when it comes to any mission to Mars by claiming it is to dangerous, while other space agencies around the world are already planning for missions to Mars within the next 20 to 35 years.
NASA must be made to either bring America’s Space Dominance back to where it belongs or be dismantled and a new space agency built from the ground up to replace it.
