Restore the ammunition capacity restriction section of the New York Safe act from Seven Back to the National standard of Ten. By restricting magazine capacity's to Seven Rounds, Gov. Cuomo has made purchasing a quality defensive handgun an impossibility for the law abiding, safe, and responsible concealed weapon permit holder. This restriction has very little effect on what he called hunting rifles and shotguns, But Greatly effects the handgun market. One can't even purchase the Iconic 1911 anymore, as it has a capacity of 8 rounds. Do 3 less rounds really make New York Safer? We the people think not! We feel it was a blatant act to strip us of our ability to purchase firearms! We the Safe, Responsible, Law Abiding, People ask you Mr. President, to restore the NY capacity back to 10!
