Nexon America has become greedy to the point of refusing to solve simple/game-breaking issues within their flagship game, Maplestory.
Repeatedly ignoring the voices of players who, in most cases, can't even play the game due to a problem out of their control. Even ignoring issues that cost players actual US dollars with no compensation/severely under value compensation. The average wait time for a response from the support team is around 1-4 months if it's answered at all.
They thrive on a small group of players that spend hundreds of dollars a month to be the best and don't even treat them well.
How the company hasn't broken legal borders amazes me.
So I ask you, president and/or anyone with any say in the matter, Force this corrupt company to shape up or shut down.
