Exactly what it says. Stop the PARANOIA in GOVT. AGENCIES and TELL THE GODDAMN truth, even if WE DONT KNOW what it is. There is enough documentation to prove some sort of interaction and its out on a massive scale already. REWRITE the GREATIA treaty and invoke a new one where all HUMAN(-ish) SPECIES and races are EQUAL.
