Obama has recently decided that moving "unilaterally" and without Congress is a good idea. I believe an update on the way our government works, and the "high school basics" of government is important for him to understand why this is a bad idea. This course needs an emphasis on separation of powers. He also needs to spend some time watching school house rock episodes that deal specifically with branches of the government. After completing this course, Obama will have a better understanding of why moving "unilaterally" is unconstitutional.
