The gateway drug theory doesn't work,you can't say its illegal for health reasons because their are far worse substances that are 100% legal such as alcohol, tobacco,and prescription drugs,and all the crime related to marijuana is solely caused by the fact that it is illegal in the first place. Its clear tho the majority of the american people that marijuana being illegal does much more harm than good. The government owes us at least one good explanation as to why they are wasting millions of tax payer dollars on non violent offenders who are hardworking tax paying american citizens in the ever failing war on drugs.
