Obama seems to have created this 'We The People' as an ideal to hear the voice of the people. When we citizens sign a petition in mass he is to answer to it. Problem with this is Obama shoots down the petition with his reasoned opinion rather than take the issue to congress.
Orders of the people are for you to serve us and that is why we pay you. That is the purpose of governing and that is what you are ordered to do for the people. Your opinions do not matter to we the people, ours matter.
