Force officers to use guns with rubber bullets.

This is a petition to make our streets safer and make our officers more efficient. Lately, the problem has been that cops have been shooting unarmed people and that can go on no longer. What cops are supposed to do is subdue any person(s) breaking a law(s). Forcing them to use a gun that has rubber bullets can still get the job done with no fatalities. Rubber bullets are powerful enough to stun and even drop a person, but it won't kill you. When approaching an unarmed person that must be arrested, they can use the Rubber bullet gun to get the job done with no deaths. Cops can carry a real gun, on their lower back, only thing is that the real guns should now be bright orange, to avoid ever confusion between the two guns. They will always know which is which. The RBG will be on their side.
