Force police departments to racially represent the communities they serve.

Created by C.P. on November 26, 2014

The racial makeup of the police department should reflect the racial makeup of the local community they serve.

This will help to foster trust between officers and community members. It creates diverse thinking on ways to solve issues within the community. Members of the community knows best on how to help each other. They are more likely to trust each other. It bring jobs to the local people thus helping to reduce crime. It could create new family lines of officers and the pride that comes from knowing your family member is a law enforcement officer.

Please put policies in place to ensure the racial makeup of the police department reflects the racial makeup of the local community they serve.
