Force the Postal Service to scale back to three day a week delivery.

The Post Office needs to get its budget under control. We could split up the mail delivery schedule so that half of us are on either on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule or on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday schedule. They would just need to divide the routes up between these two schedules. This would cut in half the number of trips they are making per week which would undoubtedly cut fuel costs and labor costs. For those of us that would prefer continuing with daily delivery; there are post office boxes available, or any number of free market solutions (such as another mail and package carrier).
