We the people would insist that our government "force" Prince William to name his son Louis. The full name, ignoring those useless middle parts would be "Louis Louis". This would indeed be a tribute to Chuck Berry a great American icon.
Yes, it's spelled differently than the original song title but the British always spell words a little bit differently. I believe the NSA, CIA and State Dept. should make this a priority.
