Alright, look: this has GOT to be easier than allowing States to secede from the Union (didn't we settle that in the 1860's, btw?) and I'm sure there would be way less paperwork involved. I'll get right to it- socialized oyster crackers. I need them, I want them, and I'm tired of paying for them at the grocery store when I buy clam chowder. I'll spare the rest of my compelling arguments on why this needs expeditious approval- lets just make it happen.
