Ramos is a convicted sexual offender and is serving a sentence of 20 years. Ramos admitted in 2004 that he was responsible for the death of Etan Patz. Etan Patz's parents have won a civil case against Ramos for the death of their son. Yet, their have been no formal prosecution for the murder. Ramos WILL BE released in November of this year if he is not prosecuted. I want the Obama Administration to force the New York District Attorney to file formal charges against Ramos for this murder so he can not be released and harm anymore children.
