Elena Kagan was appointed by President obama. She was Solicitor General, which means she represented obama's position on the Health Care Law and the legality of the Health Care Law. She directly or indirectly, by appointing a subordinate, helped obama defend his position on the Health Care Law that is coming before the Supreme court. It is being said she doesn't need to recuse herself because her role was not "significant", the law is clear, it does NOT say "significant" it is that she had ANY role, in the Health care law, or comments she made in conversations, or email about the law. If you believe that Elena Kagan should recuse herself from making a decision about obama's Health Care Laws, then please sign this petition.
