Government spending will be reduced without effecting the well being of the people if these regulations are implemented. They will force people to change their lifestyles. The tax payers are paying for these people to live free of charge. Some people do in fact need assistance, so these regulations should help the people who need help and weed out the people who free load on the backs of taxpayers.
