That by issuing an Executive Order that raises the pay of Federal employees and member of Congress, President Obama once again violated the US Constitution, namely Sections 1, 8 (14), and 9 (7). Therefore it has become clear that President Obama seeks to rule by fiat and not by the US Constitution, which outlines his duties very clearly. He has abandoned his duties to protect against invasion (southern border), violated the War Powers Act of 1973, his actions are injurious to the people of the USA, and he has clearly abused his position and power. His misconduct is egregious to the citizens of the United States of America, who demand that President Obama and all government officials live by the Law of the Land, as we must.
