When Representative Michael Grimm took office, he took an oath to uphold The Constitution. Aside from his behavior of threatening bodily harm on a reporter qualifying as criminal, he deprived an American Citizen of his inalienable right to free speech and freedom of the press. Depriving a citizen of The United States of America is in direct conflict to the oath of Representative Grimm's office. As such, he should be required to resign from his post as congressman as he has shown to be unfit to keep his oath and is a poor example to the world of how our law makers are to conduct themselves.
