We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Force resignation of Wells Fargo John G. Stumpf, his board of directors, and retired executive Carrie Tolstedt.

Created by A.S. on September 21, 2016

We the people are tired of seeing people like John, who seem to believe they are above the laws because of the thrones that they sit upon. I petition the government to not only force John to resign his position as chairman and ceo, but to charge him and his board with criminal activity. He has said he would take full responsibility, and so far the only people who have paid for his arrogance are low level employees.

We also petition the government to claw back his and his cohorts bonuses and pay in order to provide severance and reimbursement for his employees that he so willingly fired and to the customers he was so willing to defraud.
