Force retailers that sell large electronic goods such as to create and fund programs for recycling old electronic items.

Created by M.J. on August 10, 2014

As electronics become increasingly cheaper, larger, and more affordable they are also becoming a much bigger problem for the average consumer to dispose of. It is illegal and irresponsible to dump yet people do because they have no other way to rid themselves of those items. Many localities do not have such recycling programs, but almost everyone has a large retailer that sales large electronic programs. So since they sell the problem it only makes sense that they do the responsible thing for the community and the environment and fund programs that will properly dispose of and recycle such items. It's only fair.
