Force the clarification and rewrite of ITAR §121.1 to allow shipments/exports to APO & AFO address', of military troops , of tactical gear and weapon accessories by business's conducted in CONUS. To deregulate the ITAR registration to such business's and allow free trade to our US troops stationed OCONUS whom need the equipment for safety and security reasons most.
