Force satellite and cable providers to provide a clear concise contract legible to all of there customers

We the people of the United States of America Would like our government to force Directv, Disnetwork,Comcast,Time Warner,Xfinity,Wow. To provide its customers with a clear, concise and legible contract when required by the provider to its customers its time to stop company's from lying to its customers about 3 day, 14 day and or 30 day cancellation policy's that are non existent causing forcing customers to pay early termination fees. For problems created by the company. Examples: customer was not brought the right equipment was promised they would proceeded with install and promised was never full-filled. Customer moved to an area were service is not available forcing customer to pay termination fee. Customer has poor quality signal even though customer was promised High Definition
