Senator Feinstein has repeatedly violated her sworn oath to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. As a result of this she should punished, while she has the right to freedom of speech. She has committed perjury, and should be held accountable for her actions. Her repeated demand that the 2nd amendment be repealed and her recent attacks on the 1st amendment show that she has no respect for these basic rights. The bill of rights is the foundation on which our great nation is built on and those two amendments in particular are corner stones. The 1st amendment guarantees the right of the people to speak out against the government. The 2nd amendment guarantees that if the government becomes one of tyranny, that the people have the means to defend themselves.
