Senator Harry Reid is in violation of the US Constitution, specifically Article I, in that he has NOT submitted a budget, as required by said document, siunce April 2009. The Senate Ethics Committee and the Obama Administration should demand his resignation and/or impeachment in order to boost the public's belief that there is justice and honor within our government.
